Materials:
- toilet paper tube
- paint
- paintbrush
- scissors
- glue
- hole punch
- tissue paper (or construction paper)
- yarn (or ribbon or string)
- Paint a toilet paper tube and allow paint to dry.
- Cut tissue paper (or construction paper) into strips about 1/2 to 3/4 inch in diameter (and slightly longer than the tube itself.)
- Once the paint is dry, glue the tissue paper strips to the bottom of the toilet paper tube.
- Use a hole punch to make two holes on either side of the tube.
- Thread some yarn, ribbon, or string through the holes. Tie the ends and your wind sock is ready to be hung up.
